Patient Information

patient demographic information including: age, sex, height, and weight; information regarding the surgery being performed including: the type of surgery, the start and end time of the surgery

PID

Patient ID number which is a unique identifier for an individual patient.

Age, Ht, Wt, Gender

Age gives the patient age in years, Ht gives the patient height in cm, Wt gives the patient weight in kilograms, and gender gives the genotypical sex of the patient.
 

OR_start, OR_end

OR_start is the time at which the patient entered the OR and OR_end is the time at which the patient exited the OR. 
 

Surgery_start, Surgery_end

Surgery_start is the time at which the surgery started and Surgery_end is the time at which the surgery concluded.
 

Procedure

Procedure is a free-text column specifying the procedure that was performed.
