Patient Medications

medications which were prescribed to patients including: the dose of the medication, the unit of measurement for the dose, and the time the medication was administered or prescribed

PID

Patient ID number which is a unique identifier for an individual patient.

Start_time, End_time

Start_time specifies the date and time the medicine was administered and End_time specifies the date and time the medicine stopped being administered (where applicable).
 

Drug_name, Dose, Drug_units

Drug_name specifies the name of the medicine being administered, Dose is the dose of the medicine, and Drug_units is the unit associated with the Dose.
