Patient Observations

high temporal resolution vital signs including: CO, measurements for the femoral arterial line, measurements from the radial arterial line, SVV, cerebral oximetry, intracranial pressure mean, train of four, and several others.

PID

Patient ID number which is a unique identifier for an individual patient.

Obs_time

Obs_time is the time at which the measurement was taken.

PAPs, PAPm, PAPd, LAPm

PAPs is the systolic pulmonary artery pressure, PAPm is the mean pulmonary artery pressure, PAPd is the diastolic pulmonary artery pressure, LAPm is the mean left atrial pressure.

SVV, CO

SVV is stroke volume variation and CO is cardiac output.

Temp, Temp2

TEMP and TEMP2 are both the patients body temperature taken from two different sensors.

Cer_ox_r, Cer_ox_l

Cer_ox_r is cerebral oximetry from the right hemisphere and Cer_ox_l is cerebral oximetry from the left hemisphere.

TOF

TOF is the train of four which is a measure of neuromuscular blockades.

SBP_FEM, MAP_FEM, DBP_FEM

SBP_FEM is the systolic blood pressure measurement from the femoral arterial line, MAP_FEM is the mean arterial pressure from the femoral arterial line, and DBP_FEM is the diastolic pressure from the femoral arterial line.

SBP_ART, MAP_ART, DBP_ART

SBP_ART is the systolic blood pressure measurement from the radial arterial line, MAP_ART is the mean arterial pressure from the radial arterial line, and DBP_ART is the diastolic pressure from the radial arterial line.

ICPm

ICPm is the mean intracranial pressure.

CVPm

CVPm is the mean central venous pressure.
